Phoenix Mendoza Art Exhibition and Concerts
I wasn't the only one changing. The world took a turn in 2020 that most of us didn't expect. We were all forced to take a collective breath whether we liked it or not. For me, that time was spent rediscovering who I was...
I fought the current long enough to almost drown many times. The hardest part about being an artist of any kind, isn't creating art. The hardest part is being honest with yourself about who you are. It took me 20 years to be ok with that. -Phoenix Mendoza |

It is dedicated to world peace, and specifically the absence of war and violence, such as might be occasioned by a temporary ceasefire in a combat zone for humanitarian aid access. The day was first celebrated in 1981 and is kept by many nations, political groups, military groups, and people."
